登記須知:
- 參加者必須填妥表格內有關資料，否則將被視為登記無效。
- 如發現有重複登記情況，本社將按最後的遞交時間，以該份表格內提交的資料處理報名事宜。
- 請仔細閱讀「賞你遊香港」和旅行團的條款及細則，提交登記代表登記人同意活動和旅行團條款及細則。
- 請注意成功遞交表格不代表閣下已成功報名。本社將按照收到登記時間的先後次序處理報名事宜。
- 本社將於收到登記一星期內，按每團名額聯絡首批遞交或後補的登記人。於本社指明的限期內收到合資格收據和按金或團費後，本社將正式向該登記人確認報名成功。
- 如在一星期內本社沒有跟閣下聯絡/確認報名，請視報名不成功，本社不會作另行通知。
Registration Notice:
- Participants must fill in all information in the form, otherwise the registration will be deemed invalid.
- If there are duplications found, only the latest registration will be processed.
- Please read the terms and conditions of “Local Tour Hong Kong” and the tour carefully. By submitting the registration, you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Please note that a successful submission does not mean tour spots are confirmed. The registrations will be processed in the order of applicants’ submission time.
- The agency will contact the applicants who are successfully registered or shortlisted in the waiting list within one week. Tour confirmation will only be given upon receiving the valid receipts, and deposit or tour fee by the agent’s specified deadline.
- If you do not receive the notification within one week, your application is not successful, and the agency will not provide further notice.
收集個人資料聲明
- 本社所收集的個人資料，只會用作為客人提供是次「賞你遊香港」活動相關旅遊服務時使用。
- 本社可能需要將客人資料轉交予有關機構〈如: 保險公司)，以安排及完成有關旅遊服務。除此之外，未經客人同意，本社將不會向其他機構或人士提供客人之個人資料。
- 本社不會將閣下所提交的個人資料作任何推廣、宣傳及促銷之用。
- 閣下所提交的個人資料將於「賞你遊香港」活動結束後一星期內全部銷毀。
Personal Data Collection Statement
- The personal data collected by the agency is only used for “Local Tour Hong Kong” campaign.
- The personal data collected will be transferred to related third parties (e.g. insurance company) to deliver the travel services offered to you. Apart from this, your personal data shall not be transferred to any third parties without your consent.
- The personal data shall not be used for any marketing promotion and commercial purposes.
- All personal data submitted will be destroyed within one week after the end of the “Local Tour Hong Kong” campaign.
